Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Packer. As a Packer, you will be responsible for preparing and packaging products for shipment. This is a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:
- Pack and label products according to specific instructions
- Inspect products for any defects or damages
- Organize and arrange packed items in designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the packing area
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or packing role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time

Skills:
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as order pickers is a plus
- Knowledge of materials handling techniques
- Understanding of quality control procedures
- Proficiency in picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes
